Due Today Creative templates are crafted specifically for fitness and wellness professionals! With years of experience working on the marketing team of a big fitness brand in New Zealand, I understand what it takes to create a website that truly connects with your audience.
That said, each template is fully customisable. So if you've done your brand strategy, the user experience and site structure will still serve you well, even if you choose to adapt the design to fit a different industry!
-
As soon as your purchase is complete, you’ll get instant access to the Design Lab, so you can start exploring tutorials and resources right away!
Within 48 hours, we’ll send you an email with a unique link to your template and an invitation to access it.
-
Absolutely! Choosing the right template is all about finding a design that aligns with your brand’s personality and goals. Here are a few tips to help you decide:
Consider your aesthetic: Each template has its own unique style. Some are bold and energetic, while others are sleek and minimalist. Choose a template that feels like a natural fit for your brand’s vibe. If you want to add your own twist, remember that each template is fully customisable!
Start with your brand strategy: If you’re still working on your brand’s messaging, values, creative direction, and target audience, I’d recommend using my free Website Starter Workbook. It helps you nail down these elements, which will make choosing a template that aligns with your brand even easier.
Consider which template requires the least amount of work: Think about which template already feels close to your vision and brand style. The closer a template aligns with your needs, the less customisation you’ll need to do, which can save you a lot of time and effort!
If you’re still unsure, I’m here to help! Just reach out, and I’ll be happy to recommend a template that fits your vision.
-
Great question! The template process is simple! Let’s walk through it.
First, take some time to pick the template that feels right for you and your brand. While you can always customise later, choosing a design that aligns with your vision from the start will save you time and help you launch faster! (If you’re still refining your brand’s strategy or creative direction, check out the Website Starter Workbook. It’s a free guide designed to help you solidify your brand foundations)
Once you've chosen your template, make your purchase, along with any add-ons you might need.
After going through the checkout you'll get instant access to the Design Lab. This is the members-only area packed with resources to help you bring your website to life. Inside, you’ll find a Squarespace tutorial library, an SEO checklist, and everything you’ll need for launch.
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a unique link to your template and an invitation to access it.
Your template will be loaded directly into your Squarespace account as a new website. You’ll have a 6-month free trial, giving you plenty of time to customise everything before needing to upgrade to a Squarespace subscription.
Since it’s built on Squarespace, your template is fully editable—just like any other Squarespace site! Plus, it’s responsive, so designing for mobile is a breeze.
-
No problem! You can have multiple websites within one Squarespace account. If you already have a website and decide to purchase a new template, you’ll end up with two separate sites in your account. Each site is independent, meaning they have their own subscription plans, domains, and settings.
Since each website is treated individually by Squarespace, it’s not possible to simply copy sections from one site to another. This gives you a couple of options:
Option 1: Purchase the template, which will appear as a new website in your Squarespace dashboard. You can then manually transfer content from your old site to the new one. If you have an active subscription, I recommend contacting Squarespace to let them know you’re changing your design—they’re usually happy to offer a prorated refund. Once you’ve set up your new site, you can transfer your domain over. Note: Analytics data doesn’t transfer between sites, so make sure to export any data you want to keep before your old site’s subscription expires. Your new website will begin collecting fresh analytics once it goes live.
Option 2: If you’d rather not manually transfer content, I offer a service to add the template directly to your current site. With this option, I’ll place the new template pages in the “Not Linked” section of your current website. This way, your existing domain and subscription stay exactly as they are. Just keep in mind that this service doesn’t include customization—you’ll still need to add your own text and images to the new pages.
If you have any other questions or need help deciding which option is best for you, feel free to reach out!
-
If you have an existing website, and want to transfer your content across this generally means copying/pasting text, reconnecting links and re-uploading images.
It can be time consuming, depending on how much content you have on your old website.
I guide you on how to transfer your domain from your old site to your new one in the Design Lab tutorial content.
If you don’t want to transfer content, domain and subscription details and would rather have content added into your existing website then please check out my template integration service.
-
Yes you can! This is the Template Glow Up service. Over three days I’ll completely customise your template to match your brand. All you need to do is provide your imagery, logos, assets and copy!
-
Squarespace consists of Pages, Sections, Blocks and Site Styles.
Pages are an entire page—for example your homepage, and within a page you have different containers that house information, known as Sections.
Blocks are are anything that you add onto a section—for example, text and imagery.
Site Styles are where you set your color palette, font choices, button styles and forms.
Pretty much all of these elements on your template can be completely changed!
In the Design Lab members area the tutorial library will cover how to edit and change all of these elements on Squarespace, plus give you a full rundown of Pages, Sections Blocks and Styles.
-
To edit graphics that come with your template you’ll need a Canva account. Some graphics that come with your subscription will need to be exported as a PNG (transparent background) and this can only be done within a Canva Pro account. If you don’t have a Canva Pro account I’d recommend using their free 30 day trial.
-
No worries! I’m here to make the process as smooth as possible.
The Design Lab is packed with tutorial videos to help you get comfortable with navigating Squarespace, but I totally understand that things can still feel a bit tricky sometimes!
That’s why I offer 30 days of unlimited email support to answer any questions that pop up along the way. As a one-person team, I can’t extend this time just yet, but I’m looking into options to offer even more support soon!
If you want more information about the 30 day email support click here.
If you need more in-depth help after the 30 days, or if you have specific questions that go beyond email, just shoot me a message, and I’ll provide a custom quote!
And don’t forget, Squarespace offers its own support services, including live chat, email support, and a library of tutorials and resources for additional help.
-
No you don’t!
My templates are designed to be as easy to use as possible, which means I only use code if I think they’re going to improve the design or functionality of the website.
In a case where code is used, it will already be implemented into the website when you receive it, and the code snippet will be explained to you and how you can tweak it, if you want to. Although, you definitely don’t have to!
-
When you buy a template, it’s a one-time cost! You will however need to pay for a Squarespace subscription to keep your site live, which is a monthly or yearly payment.
You’ll also need a domain name (URL) either purchased through Squarespace or third-party provider.
You may also wish to set up other paid add-on services like Acuity Scheduling, Google Workspace, an Email platform etc
-
Connecting your third-party domain from a third party provider requires a few steps. Please follow Squarepace’s guide on doing this here.
Note: If you wish, you can transfer your current third party domain to Squarespace or purchase your domain name through Squarespace when you launch your website.
-
Yes! One template purchase equals a single license, covering one individual or domain, and it’s a one-time purchase. If you’re setting up multiple websites or domains, each will require its own license.
Every purchase includes a unique license number, so you’ll have proof of your purchase and compliance with the terms.
-
Of course! Squarespace is one of the most user-friendly website builders out there, making it the perfect choice for beginners and web designers alike. When you purchase a template, you’ll get instant access to the Design Lab tutorial library, which provides a comprehensive overview to help you easily navigate Squarespace.
That said, you’ll still need to set aside some time to learn the ropes, but once you do, you’ll be able to update your website anytime you need to!
And start building trust and authority with regular blog posts, lead magnets and email lists!

Absolutely! Squarespace makes it easy to add a store to your website, whether you’re selling physical items, digital downloads, or subscription-based content like courses or memberships through Member Areas. Here’s a breakdown:
Squarespace plan requirements: To set up a store, you’ll need at least the Business Plan. This plan enables e-commerce functionality, allowing you to start selling physical & digital products or services. If you’re looking for advanced features like abandoned cart recovery or customer accounts, consider upgrading to the Commerce Basic or Commerce Advanced plans. More about Squarespace plans here.
Selling digital products (eBooks, PDFs, video downloads):
With the Business Plan or higher, you can sell digital products directly through your site. This allows you to offer downloads such as eBooks and PDFs with integrated e-commerce features.
Personal Plan users can’t sell digital products directly. However, adding a Digital Products Add-On enables digital downloads. Note that this add-on incurs higher transaction fees and may have limited video storage. More about digital product add-ons here.
Subscription-based content (Member Areas):
Squarespace supports gated content (like courses and memberships) through Member Areas, available on any paid plan. Adding a Digital Products plan (available in Starter, Core, and Pro tiers) lowers transaction fees for digital products and Member Areas, and increases video storage limits.
Consider your needs: Squarespace is a great platform for streamlined, user-friendly online stores. However, if you need highly advanced e-commerce tools or anticipate high sales volumes, a dedicated e-commerce platform may be more suitable.
Trial and testing: During your free trial, you can explore store and Member Area features, but to enable full customer access and payment processing, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan (and possibly add a Digital Products plan for enhanced features).
-
At the moment, I offer pre-designed Sales Pages with Member Areas for all templates! These aren’t your typical store pages for selling physical products, like supplements, bottles, merch or equipment.
They’re designed to help you create a Membership Area where you can offer courses, or exclusive content through a one-time payment, subscription, or even free access if you choose. These pages are perfect for building community and generating passive income within the fitness and wellness space.
How it works:
Use the sales page to promote your Members Area: Each sales page is strategically designed to guide potential clients through a journey that encourages action and sign-up.
Clients sign up and join: When someone clicks “Join Now,” they’ll pay the fee you set to gain access to your Members Area. For example, each template includes an example of an at-home workout course, but you can easily customize the content and design to suit your unique offerings!
Important to note:
The Align Template includes both the Sales and Membership Area pages in a single purchase since it was designed with an online membership area as a core feature. Of course, using these pages is entirely optional.
The Endorphin Club Template does not include Sales and Membership Area pages by default. These are available as a separate purchase for those who wish to add them, as the core design of this template was created without a membership area but with the flexibility for it to be added on if needed.
This setup allows you to choose the structure that best fits your business model and create an engaging online experience for your clients!
-
Great question! Currently, neither of my templates includes a pre-designed digital product store. A digital product store is perfect if you’d like to offer items like PDF guides or video content as one-time purchases, rather than setting up a subscription-based Membership Area.
In the meantime, setting up a digital product store in Squarespace is relatively easy! Squarespace provides easy-to-use tools to help you add and customize product pages, set up payments, and manage digital downloads. You can find more details about the setup process Find out more here.
If you have specific customization needs or want extra support setting this up, feel free to reach out for a custom quote—I’d be happy to help!
-
Yes! All of my templates come with built-in blog pages, so you can start sharing content right away.
Plus, you have the flexibility to customize the layout and design to fit your brand seamlessly. Posting blog content is also a great way to improve SEO and establish yourself as an expert in your field!
-
Absolutely! All of my templates are built in Squarespace 7.1 with Fluid Engine, which is a flexible drag-and-drop editor that makes it easy to create beautiful, responsive layouts. With Fluid Engine, your website’s design automatically adjusts to fit different screen sizes, so it looks great on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Squarespace also has a built-in Mobile Editor, which allows you to preview and fine-tune the mobile version of your site. This ensures that all the important details—from images to text and buttons—are optimized for smaller screens, so your visitors will have a seamless experience no matter how they view your website.
-
Yes! My Squarespace templates are designed to follow SEO best practices in layout and structure, giving you a strong foundation for search engine visibility.
Since the templates are built just like any other Squarespace website, you’ll have full control over your SEO. You can optimize your site through strategic content, such as adding relevant keywords, naming images appropriately, and using descriptive URLs across your pages.
To make it easy, I’ve included a detailed SEO checklist in your template resources, walking you through the key steps to help your website rank well. If you’d like to dive deeper into SEO, you can also purchase my 5-part SEO Guide, which covers more in-depth principles and strategies to help boost your site’s performance.
If you’re moving from an existing website, you might see a temporary dip in SEO performance. This is common whenever a site is redesigned, but by following my SEO checklist, using the 5-part guide, and using consistent URLs, your site’s ranking should stabilize and start to improving.
-
All of my templates are designed in Squarespace 7.1. This version offers the latest features, including Fluid Engine for flexible design, making it easier to create beautiful, responsive websites.
-
Squarespace 7.1 offers greater flexibility and ease of use compared to 7.0. With Fluid Engine drag-and-drop builder, you can create more customized layouts. It also includes universal style editing for consistent design across pages, improved mobile responsiveness, and standardized page structures that make switching designs easier.
Additionally, 7.1 has updated SEO tools and simplified content management for a smoother experience.
I recommend designing in 7.1, as Squarespace is no longer actively developing 7.0.
-
Squarespace’s free templates are a great option for those on a budget who just need a simple site. However, because they’re widely used, it can be challenging to create a unique look and feel for your brand.
You’ll also likely still need to add a lot of time and energy into customizing and designing based on your brand and industry needs.
My templates are specifically designed for health, fitness and wellness professionals, offering a polished, strategic look that makes your site stand out.
They come with unique layouts and features tailored to your industry, so you can present a more professional and custom feel—without the cost of a fully custom design.
Plus, every template purchase includes access to the Design Lab tutorial library, where I provide step-by-step videos, an SEO checklist, and other resources to make the process easier for first-time site creators. With my templates, you get the benefit of a professional design along with the support to confidently bring your vision to life!
-
Due to the digital nature of templates, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a template is purchased, it’s yours to customize and use, and I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
However, I want to make sure you feel confident with your purchase! If you have any questions before buying, please reach out—I’m here to help you find the right fit. Plus, every template comes with 30 days of email support to guide you through the setup process.

FAQs

I might be biased, but I definitely think so! A website gives you full control over your brand, makes it easy for clients to book and stay connected, and lets you offer exclusive resources like member areas. You can also grow your email list with lead magnets. It’s a powerful way to grow your business, retain clients, and build lasting relationships.
-
Your website serves as your professional online home, helping you stand out in a competitive market. It’s a place to showcase your expertise, share testimonials, and make it easy for potential clients to book or learn more about your services.
-
Expanding your offerings to include online training, memberships, or digital products like workout guides or video tutorials can help you scale your business. A website with features like email sign up, sales pages or a members area is key to making this a possibility.
-
A unique website tailored to your brand can set you apart from your competition! Especially if they’re currently relying only on Instagram or TikTok. It’s where you can showcase your personality, niche, and services through on-brand imagery, clear messaging, and a professional design that reflects your style.
-
Your website gives you full control over your brand, customer journey and ensures clients (old and new) always have a reliable place to connect with you. You’re able to offer exclusive content, set up booking management systems, email integration and more!

I exclusively design on Squarespace because I believe it’s one of the best platform for small businesses who want a high-performing, easy-to-manage website. If you’re looking for a different platform, I may not be the right fit, but Squarespace is incredibly versatile and powerful for most businesses!
-
The 5-Day Website is designed to be efficient and strategic, meaning it focuses on core pages. Here are a few limitations to keep in mind:
The service includes 5 pages, but additional pages can be added for an extra fee (and possible extended timeline)
While I can integrate basic custom code, plugins, and third-party tools, more complex features (like membership areas, e-commerce or workflow integrations) may require a more extended timeline.
Your branding and content (logo, colors, fonts, copy, and images) must be ready before we start to keep the process on schedule. (Unless you add on a 3 Day Brand package)
The focus is on strategy and design, not deep custom development. If you need a more intricate build, we can discuss possible solutions.
Template
Integration
FAQs
-
The template integration service is only for those who purchase a template and have an existing Squarespace website and:
Want their new template installed into their current website’s “Not Linked” Section.
Have a lot of information on their current site that they don’t want to manually transfer across to a new website.
Or would just find it easier to have their purchase be installed in their current website.
-
No worries! If you opt to only buy a template, then we’ll deliver your purchase to you as a new Squarespace website. This will appear as a new website in your Squarespace account, and for it to remain active and go live it will require:
A brand new subscription and domain.
Or you to reach out to Squarespace and enquire about a prorated refund on a subscription and to transfer your domain across to your new website.
You will also need to manually populate all your content across into your new website.
-
Absolutely! Any template purchase comes with access to the Design Lab.
-
Unfortunately the Template Integration Service is only for Due Today Creative templates.
-
Before completing your purchase, you'll be asked whether you'd like us to apply the Due Today Creative template’s Site Styles (fonts, colours, button styles, etc.) to your site or keep your existing styles as they are.
If you choose to match the template's Site Styles: Your site's overall look and aesthetic will be updated to match the design of the new template.
If you choose to keep your current styles: The integrated pages will adapt to your existing fonts, colors, and buttons, which may make them look slightly different from the original template design.
-
Once you purchase a Template Integration, you’ll receive easy-to-follow instructions to add me as an admin to your Squarespace website.
As soon as I’m added, I’ll jump in to install your new pages into the “Not Linked” section of your site. The whole process can take up to 48 hours from the time I’m added as an admin.
After that, your new pages will be ready for you to move, edit, and customize to make them yours!
-
Unfortunately you won’t be eligible the 20% discount as Squarespace only allows this for new yearly subscriptions.
-
Yes they do!
Unfortunately if your current website is on Squarespace 7.0 you won’t be able to integrate any of the Due Today Creative template pages into your current site, as they are all designed in Squarespace 7.1.
In order to use a Due Today Creative template you’d either need to manually transfer your website to 7.1 or start a fresh website with your new 7.1 template.
-
Unfortunately I don’t offer this service at this time! As I’m only a one person studio, I’m not able to offer this yet, however I hope to make it available in the future!
-
Nope!
You’ll just need to add me as an admin to your site, and I’ll send you instructions on how to do this after your pruchase.
-
I’ll do my best to ensure your live site remains unaffected during the integration process. However, some changes may occur depending on the options you choose:
If you select to match your Site Styles with the new template, your fonts, colour palette, and button styles will be updated across your site to reflect the new template's design.
If you choose to keep your current Site Styles, your live site will largely remain unchanged, but the newly installed template pages will adopt your existing styles, so they may look different from their original design.
-
No, your current website content will remain exactly as it is.
When the template is installed, it will use the placeholder text and images that come with the template.
You’ll be able to update and customize the content yourself once the new pages have been added to your site.
-
If you’d like help customising a template then I offer the Template Glow Up service!
-
Absolutely!
If you decide not to purchase a Template Integration initially but change your mind later, you can come back and add it at any time. I’m here to help when you need it! 😊
